However, reports (Statistics UK 2021) show that a lack of self-esteem leads to mental health problems and that women's self-esteem is consistently lower than men. For example, in the UK, four out of five women have low self-esteem. In addition, women may equate the appearance of their bodies to self-worth, which affects overall confidence. YouTube videos of tips and tricks on how to look good in leggings, have millions of views, and on top of that, there have been 27,400 google searches (in the past 12 months) on how to 'lose weight fast”. EmbraceBody Ltd offers a holistic approach determined to serve women. By providing an easy and convenient way, “fitness-shaper" clothing and non-invasive body sculpting treatments, complemented with a fitness program and gym attendance, boosts self-esteem and self-confidence, and promotes self-love. Our product is a branded fitness-shapewear, the services are body treatments and fitness. These outcomes may seem unrelated and can function independently, however, looking at the markets that serve the needs of women, neither has a holistic approach. With this innovative approach, EmbraceBody Ltd is poised to disrupt the women's fitness, beauty and apparel industry and take these industries by storm because even though they are different, fashion, beauty and self-esteem are all correlated and complement each other to serve women and provide them with wellness, self-esteem and health.

Currently, Personal Training clients have partnered with Cryostar, and the Co-Director of Skin Masters in Exeter are starting to apply the service approach we want to offer. In the 5-mile radio range in London, including the Boroughs of Hackney, Islington, Camden, Barnet, Haringey and Newham, we are the only ones that will offer Cryostar. Dani Fernandes, stylists of shapewear, have just launched a swimming suit combined with shapewear and are having great success in the UK and other European countries. This demonstrates that there is a market for Embrace fitness shapewear.
Why you think there is a demand for your idea?:
The problem we are addressing is low self-confidence which, according to studies, leads to a person's increased likelihood of experiencing anxiety, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. ("Self Confidence Statistics UK 2021 - 2022: How Self...") With social media, women are more self-conscious than ever before, which has affected their mental health. In addition, pandemics have increased attention and the desire for a healthy body. In recent years, fitness clothing and fitness clothing brands have exploded. We live in a world where people want quick results quickly and conveniently. EmbraceBody is bringing all these components together. Because as the world shifts into digital and virtual realities such as fitness workouts, beauty treatments etc. clothing and fashion will change. That's why our brand blends fitness and shapewear and is eager to give it more futuristic features to help the customer.
Who would be the ideal customers?:
Women who have a healthy lifestyle already, they exercise but have never been able to achieve body goals. Their image is important for their career and personal life. Taking care of themselves is a priority and they want the healthiest body without localised fat, they want results and easy maintenance of their body achievements.
What ideas do you have to reach these customers?:
Besides the usual social media platforms, we will promote ourselves on social media platforms focused on women, such as Peanut and Mush. Also creating a presence at music and fitness events will be the vehicle to reach our initial customers. However, we will focus on our customers' direct recommendation and promotion to their social networks by offering incentives.
How far have you developed this idea?:
Right now, we have the product prototype done, a factory to produce the leggings, as well as the supplier of the body care machines. Also, we are creating content for social media platforms to create an audience and community efficiently and strategically.
What – if any – feedback have you had for this idea so far?:
All the people I have shared the project with support, and some are helping me improve the product and move forward with the project by connecting me with businesses and skilled professionals. Moreover, I have an animation video presenting our product with more than 200 likes on YouTube and some requests for the leggings. My initial promotions were done to achieve more than 100 positive feedback responses to start work and invest in the project.
