Which parts of Brexit does this idea solve?

Idea Overview:
We shall never achieve effective Parliamentary Democracy until there is enforced personal and financial accountability of politicians and those in Public Life. If Brexit teaches us anything, it is that we should not tolerate contempt of Parliament, incompetence of MPs and parliamentary corruption, any longer. We need reform. We need to introduce compulsory Registration, Accreditation and Revalidation, in line with other walks of life. We need to enforce our standards of conduct through disciplinary panels, and also the Courts.
