It is a community where customers and businesses get both public information and tailored advice on change methods to achieve a more sustainable organisation in its own practices and services. Individual customers who are mainly executives and decision makers could receive individual coaching on leadership and development of people empowerment practices.

Younger generations are included in research to gather insights on what sustainable changes are required for their generations. Research results can be published for general readers. For specific companies to ask for tailored services, such as strategic changes and research, a package is to be sold. Individual customers, usually senior in the rank, may request individual coaching on leadership to facilitate their work on strategic changes and people empowerment.

The service applies academic research, training and individual consulting to achieve the goal of empowering people for a better world for all.

Customers are ideally businesses working on strategic transformation to adapt to sustainability both internally and externally, primarily, a service will analyse the requirements of Environment, Social and Governance and other global standards to improve the sustainability practices of customers.
