Idea Overview:
Setting up a website for employers, employee's & freelancers to get hired quicker faster. Leaving only 2 weeks MAX as an deadline date after that job posts are cleared and gone. Ready for the next couple of Job posts.
This is for people who are really trying to get into work ASAP and for Employers who want the right staff in ASAP. We narrow this down by he basics of location, time fames, preference of wok and type of contract for work. We link clients profile with best suited most recent posts from job advertisements. We offer quick apply as your account will be integrated into the system, so all you do is click "Apply" and your details will show up all you do is send it off by clicking "Complete/Send", this works, if you have an account with us. If not you will have to register.
We aim to get people into work within a 2 - 3 period notice, the first week being an initial interview and second being in on their first shift at the new job. This can delay latest to 3 weeks possible if employer end doesn't have any pre-set available dates.
The point in our site is to match employee's with the correct employer and to match the employer with the correct employee. By refining search results already built to the user account profile, job opportunity's will pop up in relation to all interest of selection they see fit to work. Freelancers post their work on our site showing what they can do or have done already. Giving them an opportunity to be discovered by an employer or customer looking for art work or a job for the freelancer.
We also give the option for a consumer to post looking for a job so an employer can come across it, for employers it will work the same as an employee browsing for work except your browsing for an employee to hire. The employee is able to post a job alert and notifications within their are and along with contact details which are only able to be viewed under an "Employer Account". This protects GDPR having this is essential in the business.
Each account have their own features i.e, Employer Account can post and jobs/clients/consumers for work. Browse local consumers suitable for the job, check consumer details if suitable for the job.
Employee Account, post their job preference what they're looking for, local/remote jobs relative will notice this and receive automatic email regarding a new possible consumer soon become staff member.
Freelancer Account, Post they're work, get scouted by employer's or customers to be hired for possible work suvh as Graphics Design & UX/UI for example or even coding by showing what they can develop and make.
We plan to make sure everything is correct all the time making sure our Employer's Accounts, Employee Accounts & Freelancer Accounts are right for each other before job offers can be made such as an employer viewing a consumer contact details for a phone call, a pop-up will show up double checking they want this consumer to become a possible employee. This is where the employer account must always clarify and double check they do everything right when viewing an account.
We plan to take our earning either by commission, so when an employer takes on an employee, or we charge by Pay Per Click which is 50p per click currently.
We really do have a mindset to shorten the workspace as they is a lot of jobs but non are highly liked by most staff in the UK. We want to find jobs suitable and recommended best for both employer, employee & freelancers. We hope to achieve this by giving them all deadlines. Which keeps them actively seeking until a job is found. But with our deadline dates consumers should be finding work sooner than later as they is a period of time for posts. This is for people who are wanting work ASAP and have an eagerness to find a job. We aim to get them interviewed within the week or following week of applying leaving them no reason to come back to our website if successful in an interview.
We plan to close the work gap of unemployment by having this site around!
Who might use it/where it might be used?:
Companies looking for employee's to hire, unemployed consumers to use the site to find work and freelancers to post their work and find possible new work or link with another.
The Market (B2B, B2C or Both):
Both
Sector the idea belongs to:
Other
Is there a similar idea to be found?:
I have researched and found no one else working on this project I have been working on. If I do I'll add more additional features to make the system different.
Why you think there is a demand for your idea?:
Because they is a work gap of unemployment and yes some don't want work but those that do, struggle to settle when finding a job and it's usually one their not comfortable or suitable for. This is why we have decided to start this business website to help others who actually are trying desperately to get a job ASAP.
Who would be the ideal customers?:
Freelancer, Employers looking for workers and consumers (people) looking for work and wanting to get started ASAP.
What ideas do you have to reach these customers?:
Social Media, Advertising in newspapers, giving broachers & leaflets out and having some BETA testers use it for a while and receive their feedback and what can be done to improve the site to make it more suitable for all. Reach out to local radio stations regarding the site and get local help to help you get consumers.
How far have you developed this idea?:
I have a mini design on WIX.com, but restarting from scratch so it can be developed by code.
What – if any – feedback have you had for this idea so far?:
I have had no feedback pitching to two course members I di the course with, I pitched the idea and showed them what, how, where and when it should be done. The feedback I received was very successful as it is to get more people into work quicker than later.
What supporting material – if any - would you like to add to your proposal?:
I have a mini project design already on WIX.com which is half developed already. I am happy to show this project to all and happy to receive any feedback regarding it too, whether it be helpful or not as all feedback is always actually helpful.

The immediate challenge for a “two sided platform” is to get to “critical mass” – in this case to have enough jobseekers so that employers will think it’s worthwhile advertising, and to have enough employers so that jobseekers will think it’s worthwhile visiting. Have you ideas on how to get there?
