The NHS loses billions of £s and millions of hours due to over crowded car parks delaying patients wqhist they try and finds a parking space - a change to pay for it. Why not you instant number recognition tech to allocate visitor numbered parking slots for pre booked periods?

The great thing about linking it to an appointment is that the NHS can allocate the space to a parking fund. Would you crowdfund parking spaces for cancer patients or paediatric appointments?
