Idea Overview:
Smart Gravity House System meets today's requirements of low-cost construction projects to perform under long period of time and quality to remain the same. System building can take up to 8.9 Richter Scale Earthquake Magnitude forces, because of tensioned diagonal cables and capacity to move. 8.9 Richter Scale Earthquake will do major damage to other buildings, and structures likely to be destroyed. Smart Gravity House System describes a Lego/pieces building system which comprises a set of elements/pieces already fabricated, ready to be installed on site. All elements are meant to fit only the desired location inside system, so no mistakes can be done by the installers on site.
Who might use it/where it might be used?:
ABSTRACT This is a Villa Building System G+F type and 288 sqm Area BUA. The entire structure is made from elements (parts) already cut and fabricated to be just installed on site. The structure building elements includes prefabricated square footings, steel plates (footing to column), steel columns, steel connection piece (column to beam), main wood beams, floor wood beams, cantilever steel piece, diagonal steel tensioned cables, marine plywood for floor, OSB (Oriented Strand Board) planks for exterior walls and roof, Calcium Silicate planks for façade and roof. TECHNICAL FIELD The present system/idea relates to civil construction industry. The system tries to resolve and cut time spend on site regarding construction of a G+F Villa structure. Presented Villa system can be built on site in 30 days (full completion). This system is using the gravitational force. What this means? If a structural element (steel column) is installed in place (to not move left, right) will never go up, always all objects will go down!!!! Goal of Smart Gravity House System is to provide a modern design, aesthetically pleasing, can fit any environment, in a minimum assembly time spend on site and quality vs. cost comparison to be the best on the market. Footings are prefabricated offsite and installed on compacted subbase. Footings to column plates are fabricated exactly as detail drawings to fit steel columns 100x100 mm. Steel columns 100x100 mm are already cut at the height/length desired. Steel connection piece ,column to beam, fabricated as per detailed drawings and ready to be installed on top of column. Wood main beams are cut as per desired length and holes made to fit the bolts. Floor wood beams are all one size and holes made to fit the system and easy to install on site. Cantilever steel elements are fabricated as per detailed drawings to fit on steel connection element column to floor (this piece will be installed on exterior to help making the modern design cantilever effect). Steel diagonal cables will be tensioned to give the entire structure lateral strength (in this way this system will be much better than a conventional concrete system in earthquake situation). Marine plywood is strong enough to take the weight of normal Villa Housing and to last for 99 years. OSB (Oriented Strand Board) planks are designed to close the exterior walls/façade and the roof. Calcium Silicate planks are designed to be installed on top on OSB planks as a waterproof façade and the substrate for the roof waterproofing system. Internal compartmentation will be done from light galvanized channels system, or wood frames, cladded with drywall and rockwool insulation inside. Front and back façade will be entire made on glass façade, to give a modern look and to let the entire natural light enter and used inside villa. Glass façade will be fabricated outside and will be easy and fast installed on site. Exterior walls will be protected with a layer of Calcium Silicate planks as a substrate for façade finish (no plaster required). One layer of plastic vapor barrier sheet, one layer of OSB planks, 30 cm of rockwool insulation and Drywall planks as interior walls finish. This extra insulated exterior wall system will be easy to install on site (no block works, no plaster, no concrete beams, no window openings) and efficient to keep the heat inside during winter and cold air during summer.
