There is nobody else working on an idea like this one. Our biggest competitors are Service Autopilot and Jobber. However, Galaxy Lawn Care has the following competitive advantages: 1. AI-Optimization 2. Integration 3. Affordability
Why you think there is a demand for your idea?:
Homeowners cannot currently schedule and monitor lawn care services. They must be scheduled over the phone. Homeowners also Have difficulty clearly communicating custom service details and expectations. Additionally, they have to physically supervise landscapers. Landscapers struggle to maintain customer relationships and don't have a centralized program for relationship management. They currently use Venmo, Zelle, Cash, etc for payment processing and need a way to make more sales per interaction (Service + Product+etc.).
Who would be the ideal customers?:
Homeowners, ages 25-45 that are tech-savvy and use other day-to-day apps such as Uber, Postmates, Pinterest, and Instacart.
What ideas do you have to reach these customers?:
Apple App Store, Google Play, Website, Pinterest, Google, and Facebook advertising.
